Assistant Professor post in Tuebingen

The Faculty of Humanities at Eberhard Karls University
Tübingen invites applications for the position of an

Assistant Professor (Juniorprofessor, W 1) in Chinese
Studies with a focus on Economic Ethics

at the Department of Chinese and Korean Studies, Institute
of Asian and Oriental Studies.


The incumbent will be hired first for a period of four
years, with an extension for another two years after
positive evaluation.

The selection criteria include an excellent PhD
dissertation in the relevant field, various stays in a
Chinese-speaking environment over a period of together at
least two years, the experience of fundraising and
conducting a project over several years, and, in addition,
teaching experience.

November 15, 2013. Application materials should include the

history, publications, and courses taught.
