Government Scholarship Program 2014
Beijing Forestry University is a designated institution entitled to admit
students under Chinese Government Scholarship by Ministry of Education of
China. Applications for Chinese Government Scholarships are accepted from now
on and applicants for Master Degree Program and Doctor Degree Program can apply
for Chinese Government Scholarship directly to Beijing Forestry
University.
Application
Prerequisites
1. Applicants
shall be non-Chinese citizens in good health
2. Applicants
shall not be studying in China currently
3. Requirements
in terms of educational background and age of applicants.
Applicants who
apply for master’s degree program must be holders of bachelor’s degrees under
the age of 35. Applicants who apply for doctor’s degree program must be holders
of master’s degrees under the age of 40.
Application
Steps
Step One：Please log onto http://laihua.csc.edu.cn, to fill out the Chinese Government
Scholarship Enrollment Application Form in Chinese or English. The Agency
Number for Beijing Forestry University is 10022. Applicants
shall print and sign the application form.

Notarized highest diploma and academic transcripts. If the applicants are
full-time students or graduates, they should provide Certificats de Scolarit
issued by their universities or employment certificates issued by their work
places. The documents in languages other than English or Chinese should have
the notarized Chinese or English version.
2.
Transcripts from undergraduate level. Those transcripts of languages other than
English or Chinese should have the notarized Chinese or English version.
3.
Study Plan (no less than 800 words) written in Chinese or English.
4.
Recommendation letters by two professors or associate professors written in
Chinese or English

Photocopy of Foreigner
Physical Examination Form(The original copy shall be kept by
the applicant). The form shall be printed by the quarantine authority of China
for those who shall study in China for more than 6 months, and applicants are
required to fill in it in Chinese or English. The medical examinations must
cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
Incomplete records or those without a sealed photograph of the applicants, the
signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital are
invalid.

北京林业大学2014年度中国政府奖学金招生简章

北京林业大学是中华人民共和国教育部指定的中国政府奖学金生自主招生院校，从即日起我校开始受理2014年中国政府奖学金的申请。凡欲报考我校2014年秋季学期的硕士、博士项目的外籍学生均可向我校直接申请中国政府奖学金。
一、申请人资格
1. 申请人须为非中国籍公民，身体健康；
2. 申请人须为非在华学习的学生；
3. 来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁。
二、 奖学金内容及标准
1. 注册费、学费、实验费、实习费和基本教材费
2. 住宿费，硕士生（双人间）；博士生（单人间）
3. 奖学金生活费
生活费标准为硕士研究生1,700元人民币/月，博士研究生2,000元人民币/月。奖学金生活费自奖学金生入学之日起由学校逐月定期发放。新生当月十五日（含十五日）之前注册的，发给全月奖学金生活费；十五日以后注册的，发给半个月奖学金生活费。毕业生的奖学金生活费发至学校确定的毕业之日以后的半个月。对休学、退学或结业回国者，奖学金生活费自下个月起停发。学校规定的假期内奖学金生活费照发；奖学金生假期内因离校休假而未能按时领取奖学金生活费，返校后可以补发。奖学金生未请假而不按时到校注册、非健康原因离校或者旷课，时间超过一个月者，停发当月的奖学金生活费。
4. 来华留学生综合医疗保险
中国政府奖学金来华留学生综合保险是由中国教育部为在华奖学金生所投付的综合医疗保险，主要用于学生因大病住院或发生人身意外伤害所支付的费用。保险费用由奖学金生所在学校或指定的救援机构受理垫付，并持有关费用收据按照事先规定的保险条款向保险公司理赔

奖学金生因患严重疾病需休学者，应回国休养，回国旅费自理；经学校批准休学者，享受奖学金资格最长可保留一年，但休学期间停发奖学金生活费。奖学金生因其他原因休学者，其享受奖学金的资格不予保留。
5. 新生来华一次性安置费标准：
来华学习期限不满1学年者一次性发放1,000元人民币
来华学习期限为1学年及1学年以上者一次性发放1,500元人民币
6. 门诊医疗费：学生在学校医院或学校指定的医院就医的日常门诊费用。学生就诊后需按学校有关规定自行支付一定比例的费用。
7. 国际旅费：自理。

四、授课语言
除林学、林业经济管理专业的2年英文硕士项目，其它专业均为中文授课。无汉语基础的学生，需进行1年汉语强化培训后再进入专业学习。凡需汉语补习者奖学金期限相应增加1年。
五、申请步骤
第二步：准备其他申请材料（均为一式两份）：
1. 经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明或就业单位出具的在职证明。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
2. 学习成绩单。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
3. 来华学习和研究计划（不少于800字），用中文或英文书写；
4. 两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
5. 《外国人体格检查记录》（复印件，原件自行保留）。此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须用中文或英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。
第三步：将上述申请表和要求提供的材料(一式两份)提交到：
