The Graduate School Global and Area Studies (GSGAS) at
Leipzig University invites young scholars from all over the world to join a
project that is global in scope and inter- as well as post-disciplinary in its
orientation. For the year 2014 are announced
2 places with PhD scholarship for candidates from
developing and emerging countries and 8 places to participate in the programme
of the Graduate School. A well-structured teaching programme and competent
individual supervision as well as the possibility to interact with more than 60
other PhD students from the same field of interest are offered to the PhD
students. Applications for the winter semester have to be submitted before 1
July 2014.

Die Graduate School Global and Area Studies (GSGAS) an
der Universität Leipzig möchte junge Wissenschaftler_innen aus aller Welt zu
einem Projekt einladen, das eine globale Reichweite besitzt und sowohl
inter- als auch postdisziplinär in seiner Ausrichtung
ist. Für das Jahr 2014 werden 2 Plätze mit Promotionsstipendium des DAAD für
Kandidat_innen aus Entwicklungs- und Schwellenländern und 8 Plätze zur
Teilnahme am Programm der Graduate School ausgeschrieben. Geboten wird den
Doktorand_innen ein gut strukturiertes Lehrprogramm und die Möglichkeit, mit
einer Gruppe von mehr als 60 Doktorand_innen und Postdoktorand_innen aus dem
gleichen Interessengebiet zu interagieren.
Ende der Bewerbungsfrist ist der 1. Juli 2014.
